1. 私たちの信仰生活において、神を恐れ敬うことは全ての知識と知恵の始まりです。**箴言1章7節「主を恐れることは知識の始めである」**とあるように、創造主の存在を認め、その教えに従うことが賢い人生の第一歩となります。この初めを軽んじる者は、神の知恵から自らを遠ざけてしまいます。
2. 信仰を持つ父や母、また信仰の先輩からの教訓は、私たちの人生を豊かにする「麗しい冠」となります（箴言1:8-9）。彼らの教えや経験を大切にし、自らの信仰の糧とすることが重要です。同時に、悪者からの誘惑に対しては「それに従ってはならない」（箴言1:10）と断固として退ける強い意志が求められます。
3. 私たちの希望は、目に見える一時的なものではなく、目に見えない永遠のものに根差しています。2026年8月22日に読まれたコリント人への第二の手紙4章18節の通り、私たちは見えるものではなく、見えないものに目を注ぎます。この永遠の希望こそが、試練や誘惑に耐え忍ぶ力の源となります。
4. 人生の重荷や困難は、私たち一人で背負う必要はありません。イエス様は「私と共にくびきを負いなさい」と招いておられます。私たちの最も近くに来てくださったイエス様と共に歩むことで、その荷は軽くなります。神を恐れ、イエス様を信じることが苦しみを乗り越える力です。
5. 礼拝の核心は、五感を超えた「信仰」を聖霊の助けによって受け取ることです。神の存在や創造は五感では証明できませんが、聖霊の助けにより御言葉を信じ、受け取ることで信仰が形成されます。アメリカの兄弟姉妹との祈りの交わりは、この信仰を強める恵みであると示されました。
6. 神は私たちに「耐えられないほどの試練に遭わせることはない」と約束しておられます（コリント人への手紙第一 10:13）。どのような困難の中にも、神は必ず「脱出の道」を備えてくださいます。この約束を信頼し、イエスと聖霊と共に歩むことで、恐れは希望へと変えられます。
7. ペンテコステの日に聖霊が降った出来事は、使徒の働き2章17節で引用されたヨエル預言の成就です。「終わりの時」には神の霊がすべての人に注がれ、若者は幻を、老人は夢を見、人々が預言します。私たちはまさに、この時代に生きていることを覚える必要があります。
8. イエス様の十字架は、単なる人の悪意によるものではなく**「神の定めた計画と予知」（使徒の働き 2:23）**によるものでした。これは私たちの罪の身代わりとなるための、神の壮大な救いの計画です。神は全く罪のないイエスを「死の苦しみから解き放って、よみがえらせ」ました（使徒の働き 2:24）。
9. 主イエスとの再会は「ラッパの響きとともに」瞬間的に訪れます。2026年8月23日の礼拝で問われたように、私たちはその「輝かしい日」に備える必要があります。日々の礼拝と御言葉によって「心の信仰の準備」を整え、主との空中再会の約束を心待ちにしましょう。
10. ダビデが詩篇で「私は常に目の前に主を見た」「御前にあって、わたしを喜びで満たしてくださる」と告白したように、私たちの喜びの源はイエス・キリストにあります（使徒の働き 2:25, 28）。信仰を守り通すなら、必ず喜びで満たされる日が来ます。「主の名を呼び求める者はみな救われる」という約束を信じましょう。

The overall theme of the sermon is that fearing God and believing in His plan is the foundation of a life of faith. By relying on the help of the Holy Spirit to overcome the temptations of evil and trials, we prepare for the glorious day of reunion with the Lord Jesus. Based on Proverbs 1:7, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge," the sermon emphasized the importance of acknowledging God's existence and following His teachings. It also confirmed that we are living in the "end times" prophesied in Acts 2, where the Holy Spirit is poured out on all people. Through the power of the Holy Spirit and the hope that "what is unseen is eternal" (2 Corinthians 4:18), we live out our faith, offering our bodies as a "holy temple," and wait for the day of the Lord's return.

1. Fearing and revering God is the beginning of all knowledge and wisdom. As Proverbs 1:7 states, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge," acknowledging the Creator and following His teachings is the first step to a wise life. Those who disregard this distance themselves from God's wisdom.
2. Teachings from parents of faith and spiritual mentors become a "graceful crown" that enriches our lives (Proverbs 1:8-9). It is important to cherish their teachings and experiences as food for our own faith. At the same time, we must have the firm will to reject temptations from the "wicked" (Proverbs 1:10).
3. Our hope is rooted not in visible, temporary things, but in invisible, eternal things. As read on August 22, 2026, from 2 Corinthians 4:18, we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. This eternal hope is the source of strength to endure trials and temptations.
4. We do not need to bear life's burdens and difficulties alone. Jesus invites us, "Take my yoke upon you." By walking with Jesus, who has come closest to us, that burden becomes light. Fearing God and believing in Jesus is the power to overcome suffering.
5. The core of worship is receiving "faith" that transcends the five senses through the help of the Holy Spirit. While God's existence and creation cannot be proven by the five senses, faith is formed by believing and receiving the Word through the Holy Spirit. Prayerful fellowship with brothers and sisters in America was shown to be a grace that strengthens this faith.
6. God promises that He will not let us face trials beyond what we can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). In any difficulty, God always provides a "way of escape." Trusting this promise and walking with Jesus and the Holy Spirit turns fear into hope.
7. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost is the fulfillment of the prophecy of Joel quoted in Acts 2:17. In the "end times," God's Spirit is poured out on all people; sons and daughters prophesy, young men see visions, and old men dream dreams. We must remember that we are living in this very era.
8. Jesus' cross was not merely the result of human malice but was according to "God's set purpose and foreknowledge" (Acts 2:23). This is God's grand plan of salvation to be a substitute for our sins. God "raised Him up, freeing Him from the agony of death" (Acts 2:24).
9. The reunion with the Lord Jesus will come instantaneously "with the sound of a trumpet." As questioned in the worship service on August 23, 2026, we need to prepare for that "glorious day." Let us prepare our "faith of the heart" through daily worship and the Word, and look forward to the promise of the aerial reunion with the Lord.
10. As David confessed in the Psalms, "I saw the Lord always before me" and "You will fill me with joy in Your presence," our source of joy is Jesus Christ (Acts 2:25, 28). If we keep the faith, a day filled with joy will surely come. Let us believe the promise that "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
